We are looking for

HR Controller (m/f/d)

at one of our locations in Germany (Pfullingen) or in Hungary (Budaörs or Veszprém), hybrid type of work.

• Lead comprehensive personnel planning, creating detailed budgets and forecasts to drive strategic growth
• Prepare insightful HR financial reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, ensuring accuracy and clarity
• Analyze and continuously monitor critical personnel key metrics to support data-driven decision-making
• Accurately calculate and post personnel provisions, ensuring financial integrity and compliance
• Collaborate closely with the Accounting, Controlling, HR People, and SAP teams to develop and implement optimal HR and financial solutions
• Act as a key user for advanced HR tools like SAP HCM. Implement benchmarks, define competitive salary bands, harmonize compensation systems, and drive the improvement of our bonus system to attract and retain top talent

• University degree in business administration with a focus on controlling, finance or equivalent qualification
• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in HR controlling, ideally in the (automotive) industry OR experience in HR with a focus on financial reporting
• Good user knowledge of SAP FI/CO, knowledge of BI tools (Qlike, PowerBI, etc.) is desirable
• Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is a plus
• Little Willingness to travel (ca. 5%)
