HR Business Partner R&D

Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role for HR Business Partner R&D. He will be responsible to own the entire employee life cycle at the location, from recruiting to offboarding. will participate in regional/global HR projects and ensure seamless delivery of HR services to the organization and further develop and implement HR processes and policies.

Responsibility:

• Own the entire employee life cycle at the location, from recruiting to offboarding
• Provide support as trusted local HRBP, change agent and member of the R&D management team
• Collaborate with regional and global HR teams and R&D stakeholders
• Ensure seamless delivery of HR services to the organization and further develop and implement HR processes and policies
• Proactively advise managers and employees during organizational transformation and growth
• Participate in regional/global HR projects

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven working experience as HR Business Partner, preferably in R&D or Technology
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases, especially SAP SuccessFactors
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company, including overseas headquarters
• Resilient, confident and positive personality with an international mindset and hands-on mentality
• Very good knowledge of German and English

Degree and Language

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Very good knowledge of German and English
