HR Business Partner (m/f/x) | Frankfurt | Pharma

In this position you will be responsible for supporting the personnel officers in their areas and be a multiplier of the corporate philosophy. In compliance with the corporate guidelines, they will implement streamlined processes and ensure high quality, among other things through effective cooperation with colleagues, partners and customers. The goals of the position are to ensure employee and customer satisfaction.

What will your tasks as “HR Business Partner (m/f/x)” be?

Supporting employees and trainees

Supporting personnel officers in all relevant administrative tasks eg. contract preparation, management and creation of personnel files, general Correspondence, preparation of certificates, etc.

Independent supervision of a firmly defined personnel group (interns) in compliance with labour law regulations and in compliance with tax and social security framework conditions.

Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to the leaders on employee engagement, retention, and turnover

Manage employee relations issues

Your requirements as “HR Business Partner (m/f/x)”?

3-5 years of HR experience

Degree in Human Resources, business administration or a related field

Knowledge of German laws an regulations

Ability to analyze HR metrics and provide insights to people managers

English and German
