HR Business Partner (m/f/d) Corporate Functions

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to join our Global Human Resources team. In this role, you will partner closely with employees and leaders in our headquarter in Frankfurt am Main. Reporting to our Team Lead HR BP Global Functions, you will be supported by a great team, end-to-end processes and modern HR tools.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

• Employee Life Cycle Management: Create a positive and engaging employee experience by overseeing the entire Employee Life Cycle. Facilitate performance management programs and support employees in their career development. Manage essential HR documents with precision, and coordinate with employment lawyers on labor law matters as needed. Manage organizational changes including restructuring and change management projects.
• Advisory and Support: Provide strategic and operational HR support to managers, offering consultancy on HR-related issues such as employee retention, development, and performance management. Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and providing solutions to HR-related issues.
• Recruitment: Oversee and manage recruitment activities in cooperation with the Talent Acquisition Partner including candidate selection, assessments, and contract negotiations.
• Global HR Strategy: Implement and drive the Global HR strategy for corporate functions while identifying opportunities for improvement and dealing with the works council.
• Strategic HR Projects: Participate and manage Global HR projects cross-functionally and steer external agencies and service providers.
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably within a multinational company.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, including talent management, performance management, employee relations, and labor law.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Office 365 suite and HR systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors).
• Strategic thinker with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders, including works council.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
