HR Business Partner

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Germany. The HRBP plays a very important role in our organization, as they provide guidance and support to our operations team on all HR matters, with the key objective to drive performance and engagement of our teams.

This is a temporary, full time, position (maternity cover) from July 2024 until November 2025 in our Berlin headquarter. You must be fully bilingual in German and English, please submit your application in English.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice and support to managers and employees on all human resources related topics
• Collaborate in personnel processing (preparation of employment contracts and references, certification and correspondence with public offices, maintenance of personnel files, maintenance of personnel data in Excel and in our IT systems)
• Collaborate in the conception and implementation of new personnel management solutions
• Managing the recruitment process for store staff, trainees and HQ positions (pre-selection of applicants, coordination and organization of interviews and recruiting events)
• Preparation of personnel key figures and reports
• Managing and supporting expatriates
• Promote and support the employment of employees with disabilities
  
  
  

What we are looking for:

• Successfully completed business studies with a focus on human resources or comparable training (e.g. human resources coordinator/BP)
• Fluency in German and English
• Professional experience in personnel administration as well as some experience in working with work councils would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of German labor and works constitution law preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills in German and English
• Good knowledge of all MS Office applications
• Workday knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent intercultural skills and enjoy working in an international team
• Structured, conscientious and at the same time energetic and solution-oriented way of working
