The Role



Your mission

As a group product manager you are responsible for managing ideally up to 3 product teams and their product managers hands on at GotPhoto. Finding proactively cross functional business opportunities and balancing them with your teams is something you enjoy to make our customers successful. Their success is our success.

Responsibilities

As part of the GotPhoto Product Leadership Team you will be responsible for:

• Hiring other Product Managers on individual skill sets and team level (Identifies skill gaps within the team and ensures new team members are held accountable for those)
• Designing and managing growth plans to coach other PM’s through their growth challenges
• Helping individual PM’s to sync their work across teams in the entire domain.
• Responsible for tooling and processes to improve communication and sharing information between the teams, not limited to product management. (UX, Data, and Customer Success Research)
• Low operative involvement in other product teams to help cover skill and resource gaps.
• Collaborating on the product roadmap for your teams’ scopes.
• Close collaboration and facilitation with your CPO
  
  

As a member of our Product Management Team you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring alignment on topics across multiple development teams
• Ensuring great relationships with our customers and focus group members for direct market feedback
• Sourcing, setting up and analyzing data your teams needs to drive business cases
• Quarterly outcome driven planning and domain strategy creation with your team
• Traveling to industry events to contribute to market knowledge
  
  

We are looking for:

• Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative analysis knowledge
• Strong business casing skills
• At least 3 years of hands on experience as an individual contributor leading an operative team.
• At least 1 year of experience in mentoring or leading other product managers.
• Previous experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS companies or companies selling a software product, product-led growth preferred (freemium, trial or similar)
• You have a strong affinity to align you decisions with your stakeholders, the company strategy and set product strategy items
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English (German is an advantage)
