As our Global People & Culture Advisor for Crayon, you will be an integral part of the further investment in our people-centric vision and mission in the 46 countries we currently operate in. As part of your role, you will be actively supporting our global People and Culture projects, a wide range of initiatives and frameworks, supported by the necessary processes and tools throughout the entire employee life cycle.
Other responsibilities will include:
Project Management:developing, supporting, and driving different global People & Culture projects and initiatives (not limited to the following areas: learning and development, talent management and talent programs, employee engagement, recognition programs and other global HR processes) in close collaboration with our global HR community and other relevant stakeholders
Communication: ensuring clear and effective communication to all relevant stakeholders all over the world (HR Community and global resources)
Analysis: identification of opportunities and recommendations through constant market research, benchmarking (latest trends in People & Culture), and internal data analysis to further improve organizational efficiency
Follow-Up and Review: supporting different global HR processes, such as performance management process, employee feedback survey process, talent management, etc.
Your competencies:
3+ years’ experience in HR, ideally in a global role
Experience in cross-functional project delivery, preferably in an HR project management function
Bachelor’s degree in economics, Human Resources management, or similar studies or equivalent work experience

You are an organized individual with an exceptional eye for detail, and ability to stay focused on different tasks and use your time and energy to achieve the desired outcome
You work well as a part of a team, as well as independently and apply a hands-on approach to performing tasks and making necessary decisions
You are adaptable and able to respond quickly to changing ideas, responsibilities, expectations, trends, strategies, and other processes at work
