Edison Smart is presently collaborating with a prominent telecommunications provider to enhance their senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the construction site.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Bauleiter or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal guidelines.
