Industrial Engineer

*This role requires a 1.5 to 2 years training in TSCM HQ, Taiwan.

We are responsible for developing global planning strategies and ensuring quick responsiveness to coordinate between factories and customers. Operation Resource Planning is a division of Corporate Planning Organization, its mission is to maximize asset effectiveness and deliver lowest manufacturing cost.

As an Industrial Engineers, you will support the company’s profitable growth through capital effectiveness, demand fulfillment, and catalyzing the company’s optimal business operation by managing capacity and improving process.

Key responsibilities:

• Capacity planning and management to optimize resources and meet demand effectively.
• Continuous productivity improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Evaluation and control of capital investments to ensure strategic alignment.
• Cost estimation and control measures to drive financial performance.
• Strategic fab space layout planning to maximize operational effectiveness and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications and Education:

• Master’s degree in industrial engineering field is required.
• 1 year experience in semiconductor industrial engineering / manufacturing is preferred.
• Learning attitude and approach.

Professional skills:

• Proficient in effective interpersonal communication.
• Strong team player.
• Skilled in Excel macros.
• Proficient in SQL coding.

Language Skills:

• Fluent in English; writing, reading, listening and speaking.

Location: Dresden, Germany. (*After successfull training completion)
