ESG Manager / Nachhaltigkeitsmanager (all genders)

Your role

Our products are of the highest quality and our approach to sustainability is an important part of our company culture. Therefore, as an ESG Manager / Sustainability Manager for Sunday Natural Group, you will play a key role in our commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices. Your work will lead to making Sunday Natural even more ecologically and sustainable.

• Develop sustainable initiatives around the product: from procurement and production to transport, logistics, packaging and shipment
• Work closely with our Management to establish an ESG strategy aiming to integrate it into Sunday Natural's overall strategy
• Implement regulatory requirements and make clear action recommendations to our management
• Implement and continuously improve ESG performance reports and systems
• Consult with internal teams and constantly monitor the efficiency of all implementation measures
• Conduct surveys, trainings & workshops – be our in-house sustainability Consultant
  
  

Your profile

• Business studies, e.g. Business Management or Sustainability Management, Environmental Technology, Environmental Management or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience with a focus on ESG, CSR, Sustainability or in Business Development of a medium-sized or corporate company in D2C / eCommerce
• Analytical and systematic thinking as well as a comprehensive understanding of ecological and sustainable business operations
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal strengths as well as excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong drive and self-initiative, hands-on mentality and flexibility towards our overall goal
• Fluent in English and very good German

Sunday Natural emerged from a long-standing passion and research in the fields of health, healing, and personal growth. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality. In a strategic partnership with CVC, Sunday Natural is now one of Germany's most renowned quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. We take our ecological responsibility very seriously: Our entire range is therefore vegetarian, mostly vegan. We also go our own way when it comes to packaging: the majority of our products are packaged in glass and are therefore almost completely recyclable.
