If so, we are looking for someone like you to join us as an Entrepreneur in Residence (f/m/d) at Rehau New Ventures! We are the corporate venture builder of the Rehau Group, offering you a unique opportunity to co-found a sustainable startup with the goal of revolutionizing the renovation market.

Your tasks:

• Ideation: Lead the process of creative ideation and develop innovative concepts for a digital solution in the renovation market.
• Founding and Building: Start your own venture! From organizational setup to realizing your business model and defining the value proposition – you are the creator from hour zero.
• Customer Focus: Test initial prototypes and MVPs in the market to obtain direct customer feedback and validate your ideas.
• Sales and Marketing: Define a go-to-market strategy, increase awareness of your product in the target segment, and generate initial revenues.
• Networking: Build relevant networks and partnerships with external stakeholders, investors, and industry experts to sustainably grow our green startup.
• Investor Relations: Present your venture to strategic partners and potential investors for the realization of new financing rounds and growth visions.

Your profile:

• Startup Mindset: 4+ years of demonstrable experience in a rapidly growing startup or a similar role in a fast-paced, highly complex, and dynamic environment. Ideally, you have experience as a founder and in sales or marketing.
• Impact-Driven: You are passionate about sustainability, climate protection, and have the spirit to integrate these values into a successful startup.
• Industry Expertise: It would be ideal if you are familiar with the construction or renovation sector like the back of your hand and understand how sustainability fits into it.
• Passion: You live and breathe entrepreneurship and innovation. Passion and persistence define you, enabling you to stay focused on your goal even in the face of obstacles.
• Communication: You are fluent in both German and English, enabling successful communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Academic Background: You have been or are among the top 20% of a top university or college.
