Women HUB is a health startup focused on women’s health business projects. We offer different solutions from communication (we have our owned media @bebloomers and BloomMedia agency), ecommerce and health care solutions.

Bloom Media is a forward-thinking digital marketing agency specialized in women’s health projects, dedicated to creating engaging and impactful digital strategies across all channels and platforms. Our team is passionate about content, storytelling, creativity, and innovation.

We are looking for a talented Digital Designer that will be responsible for creating visually compelling digital assets for social media platforms, as well as handling video editing tasks. This role requires a creative individual with a keen eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the technical skills to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Asset Creation: Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Video Editing: Edit and produce high-quality videos for various digital platforms, ensuring they align with the brand’s voice and aesthetic.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in visual style across all digital assets in accordance with the company’s brand guidelines.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and digital marketing strategies to create relevant and innovative content.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and deliver designs that meet project objectives.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize designs and videos for performance, including file size and load times, without compromising quality.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Feedback Implementation: Receive and implement constructive feedback from team members and clients to refine and improve design work.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital design and video editing.

Skills:

• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong video editing skills, including motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific design requirements.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles is a plus.

Location:

The Digital Designer will be ideally located in Germany (Berlin, Munich or Hamburg).

Madrid is another option, but travelling each two months to Germany.
