Job Description
As Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in our support efforts by providing global customer care, training and enhancing existing support structure. Your role is integral to shaping our company's narrative by ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support.
Responsibilities
- Global Customer Care: Provide professional and responsive assistance to our international customers, addressing technical inquiries, resolving issues, and offering comprehensive application support.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical challenges related to our medical device software.
- System Enhancement: Take the lead in improving our existing support system, contributing your innovative ideas, and implementing enhancements to elevate the system's functionality and user experience.
- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Create and maintain support documentation to efficiently address customer queries and promote knowledge management.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the product application.
- Feedback Collection: Capture customer feedback and relay relevant information to development and product teams for continuous software improvement.
- Completed education in engineering, business, or a comparable qualification.
- Knowledge in the field of medical devices is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of customer interaction.
- Team spirit and the ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary environment.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in both German and English, spoken and written.
