Customer Support Specialist (all genders)

Location: Hybrid

Contract: Full time

Language: English & German (an advantage)

Your daily business:

  • Daily Business: You will process payment transaction-specific customer inquiries in the SAP environment.
  • Customer orientation: You understand customer issues and ask detailed questions to get missing information.
  • Teamwork: You will work closely with other departments and produce suitable solutions.
  • Analytical skills: You will support us in optimizing our internal processes as well as in documenting solutions for known errors.
  • Problem Solving: You are characterized by your customer-oriented and results-oriented working style and propose innovative solutions.


What makes you stand out for this position:

  • Background: Do you have completed training in the fields of finance, economics, accounting or a comparable qualification? Excellent!
  • What you bring to the table: Do you have at least two years of experience in customer support?
  • Personality: As a self-employed person, do you love to share your ideas with others and believe in continuous development? Then you've come to the right place!
  • Communication Skills: Do you have good communication and enthusiasm skills and are you convincing of your ideas in English? Great! German proficiency is an advantage.
