Eventually, we expanded our service range from domestic flight to international flight and embarked on accommodation booking to lighten traveler's needs perfectly. As a third party, together with various airlines and accomodation partners, we successfully bring more than 3 million people into their ideal flights until today and the number continues to grow. The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email or chat
  • Identify customer needs and guide customers by using particular features
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Inform customers on any new features and its functions
  • Conduct after sales services
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

Ideal Profile

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role is a plus
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Familiar with Travel industry is a plus
  • Able to use computer
  • Experienced in using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Have a good patience and tolerance when handling rough cases
