The Role

As the Country Manager for Germany, you will play a key role in driving our growth and market penetration in these regions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to maximize sales, strengthen our market presence, and ensure compliance with local regulations. This position requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the e-cigarette industry, strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals and market share growth in Germany.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing leadership, mentorship, and support to achieve results and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partners, and distribution channels to expand our market reach and customer base.
  • Monitor industry trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory changes to anticipate market shifts and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and regulatory affairs, to launch new products and promotional campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and government bodies, to ensure compliance and support business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data, market research, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and optimization.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and connect with potential partners and customers.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is desirable.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record in the e-cigarette industry or related consumer goods sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the German market, including regulatory requirements, distribution channels, and consumer preferences in the e-cigarette industry.
  • Strong leadership and team-oriented skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in German and English or Italian.
  • Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving innovation and growth.
  • Flexibility for frequent travel within Germany and internationally as needed.
