Optimus Search are currently supporting one of the world's largest healthcare manufacturing organizations with an urgent requirement they have for a Construction lead. This role is being offered on a freelance basis for an initial period of 12 months. More details below!

Requirements:

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
• Establish the project CAPEX charter with senior management and stakeholders.
• Execute the CAPEX project within budget, scope, and on time.
• Implement project control systems for risk, cost, and schedule management.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure project execution is on track and address deviations.
• Implement technical solutions and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Ensure successful project handover with proper training and documentation.
