ENABLING UPCYCLING AT SCALE

Rebirth Studios emerged from years of experience in the fashion and ecommerce industry, fueled by the desire to innovate garment production. Our approach centers on using existing textile resources and a network of verified production partners to enable scalable upcycling production. We aim to bring transparency to upcycling and set a standard for the industry.

Now, we are looking for an operational co-founder to take Rebirth's operational model to the next level.

Tasks

• Build and enhance the operational model for scalable upcycling production
• Grow and manage the ecosystem of material and production suppliers
• Oversee all operational aspects, including production management, coordination, and process evolution both internally and externally
• Manage partnerships with production and material suppliers
• Shape and refine the long-term strategy of the company
• Build and lead a high-performing team
• Co-own the company’s P&L, driving financial performance and growth
• Collaborate closely with other co-founders on strategic decisions and company direction
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven track record in business leadership, preferably in the fashion, ecommerce, or sustainability industry
• Strong understanding of operations and business strategy
• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to our mission
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
• Strategic thinker with a keen eye for innovation
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
