As a Client Strategy Consultant at our company, you will...

  • collaborate with commercial teams to engage specific strategic accounts, crafting compelling value propositions tailored to specific long-term strategies of customers
  • provide expert advice on and oversee implementation of technologies, strategies, and best practices to create impactful positive ROI for specific customers
  • define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and qualitative goals, utilizing advanced analytics to track the efficiency of implemented measures
  • act as a long-term strategic partner, guiding customers through complex decision-making processes with expert insights and industry knowledge
  • lead dynamic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior executives
  • hold industry events to share learnings, best practices, and market developments, fostering a community of knowledge and collaboration
  • drive adoption of the vivenu platform to ensure high customer satisfaction, leveraging successful implementations and impactful results
  • stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, proactively identifying opportunities for customer growth and competitive advantage


We are looking for a candidate that...

  • holds an advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • has a proven track record in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive significant ROI and customer value
  • possesses a strong proficiency in advanced analytics and performance measurement, with experience in defining and tracking KPIs
  • demonstrates ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, guiding strategic decision-making processes with expert insights
  • has strong client management skills, with a commitment to driving solution adoption and ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • possesses strategic and analytical thinking combined with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities willing to go the extra mile and takes pride in their work
