This role will manage three marketing functional teams: Commercial Marketing Team, Regional Product Marketing team, and Digital Marketing team within Business Group IC Solutions. In this role, it is necessary to collaborate with product marketing team in different product lines (MAG) within BG IC Solutions to build long term sales plan for the product group and derive marketing strategies and industrial initiatives to implement the plan. This involves competitor and market research, participation in the company’s deep dive process, close alignment with MAG product group and the creation of go-to-market strategies and business cases.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage regional marketing team to deliver each regions growth plan in terms of revenue and design in/win. Closely collaborate with regional sales and field application teams. Partner with each MAG’s product marketing team and application team to influence new product ideas.
  • Manage commercial marketing team to own the IC Solution pricing operations. For new products, cooperate with MAG’s product marketing team to set price strategy and pricing curve to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Manage allocations and discontinuation processes for the portfolio as necessary.
  • Provide forecasting input which is required during monthly and quarterly updates. Track quarterly sales and margin performance and highlight risks to target.
  • Provide ad-hoc decision-making analysis on key initiatives, account, and region performance.
  • Create key commercial presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage relationship with key distributors.


Skills/Competencies

Hard Skills

BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field

5+ years’ experience working as marketing manager/director in Analog Semiconductor

Strong Computer skills - MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant business intelligence tools

Strong communication and presentation skills in English

  • Marketing tools and methodologies
  • Preferably knowledge of analog semiconductor markets, customers, and/or supply chains
  • Excellent decision-making skills
  • 25-30% travel, including international, is expected

Preferred Qualifications:

Intimate knowledge of the analog semiconductor industry

  • In-depth knowledge of current and emerging technologies and trends in the industry.
  • Proven experience in bringing product concepts to market and beyond.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and motivate them towards a common goal.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
