Job Descriptton:

As a Procurement Certificatton Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in formulattng and implementtng

procurement strategies for mechanical and electrical components. You will collaborate closely with

cross-departmental teams to ensure the successful negotiatton, selecion, and management of

suppliers. Your expertise will be crittcal in maintaining our cost competitiveness and supply

continuity.

Responsibilittes:

• Strategic Procurement:

Develop and execute procurement strategies for mechanical and electrical components to support

our integrated solutions.

• Cross-Departmental Coordinatton:

Lead the daily operattons involving technical, quality, and delivery teams.

Manage business negotiattons, bidding processes, and supplier selectton.

• Cost Management:

Establish, maintain, and enhance the purchasing business and cost baselines.

Ensure a compettttve cost advantage for our product categories.

• Supply Resource Management:

Implement measures to secure and align supply resources with demand.

Proacttvely negottate supplier resources to support core product development and delivery.

Enhance the purchasability of materials and conttnuity of supply while preventtng major supply and quality issues.

• Supplier Relationship Management:

Engage in routtne management and performance evaluatton of suppliers.

Foster communication and relattonships to maintain a competittve advantage in supplier

cooperatton.

Requirements:

• Experience:

Over 3 years of experience in the automatton industry; experience in a similar field is preferred.

• Procurement Knowledge:

Proffcient in procurement processes and supplier management.

• Negottatton Skills:

Strong negottatton abilittes to drive mutually beneficial agreements.

• Analyttcal Skills:

Excellent supplier analysis, demand investtgatton, cost analysis, and negotiatton skills.

• Risk Management:

Awareness of internal risk control processes.
