About the Role:
As a Business Solution Consultant/ Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving transformation projects in core banking and lending area. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand their requirements and pain points. Leveraging your deep knowledge and expertise in the banking industry, you will analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative products and solutions that align with our organization's goals.

Requirements
Excellent Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics; MBA or PHD is a plus
5+ years of work experience in overseeing and driving digital transformation initiatives within the banking sector and proven track record of successful project execution and collaborative product development in the area of Core Banking or Lending
Deep Expertise in Lending or Core Banking
Strong Business Acumen paired with IT Solution Design skills
Business Fluent German and English
