Business Development Manager

Castings (Automotive & Aerospace)

€70,000 , UNCAPPED BONUS, realistic OTE €110000, fully expensed company car, pension, laptop, mobile phone, personal development plan.

Location: Remote working from home Berlin Area

Leading provider of high-quality castings for the automotive and aerospace industries. They currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join the team and drive growth in these key markets.

Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for castings in the automotive and aerospace sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within these industries, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the company's presence in the automotive and aerospace markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and network with key industry players.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ideally an understanding of the casting process
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
