Targomo is a Berlin-based growing solution provider specialized in location intelligence, enabling companies to make the right location decisions. TargomoAPI is our powerful API suite that supports many clients worldwide to build high-end geospatial applications utilizing mapping and location analytics.
As our API Business Development Manager, you will be the ambassador and face of our powerful and mature API product. You will complement our expanding “growth team” and be working with your colleagues from the product and engineering teams to shape TargomoAPI into a full-fledged product and ensure our clients' full satisfaction.
Tasks
End-to-end management of sales processes
Achieve quarterly targets to grow new business, renewals and upsells
Prioritize, manage and develop relationships with our partners or 3rd party vendors
Translate client needs and growth opportunities into product feedback to achieve revenue goals
Represent the company at conferences and events
Work closely with key internal stakeholders to improve and further develop our growth potential
Facilitate the successful implementation / integration efforts of our clients (and partners)
Start and co-lead strategic initiatives, e.g. commercial deal strategy, competitor/market analysis, messaging & pricing of our API product
Requirements
Requirements (not all must be met):
Experience in managing B2B accounts with a proven track record (plus if an API product)
Experience in successfully translating a technical API into solutions confirming to a client’s unique needs
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English
Experience in effective communication and managing internal and external stakeholder
Technical Affinity and strong interest in technological innovation (experience in creating quick demos is a bonus)
Strong self-motivation and ability to convey complex problems in a simple manner
Some travel may be required for this role, e.g. events, workshops
Experience within the real estate industry
