Responsibilities:

You ensure the smooth operation of our new mail application (ReplyOne).

This includes monitoring and analyzing performance, user management, and ensuring data integrity and security.

You actively work on adapting and creating workflows and rules to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the software.

In close cooperation with the specialist departments, you implement necessary adjustments operationally.

You plan and coordinate regular updates and upgrades to keep the software up to date.

With your analytical skills, you ensure that our systems run smoothly.

Skills & Qualifications:

Ideally end-to-end understanding of business processes and experience in business analysis.

Knowledge of process modeling.

The ability to ensure good communication between IT and the business departments.

Independent and structured way of working.

Experience in project-oriented work including knowledge of Confluence/Jira.
