TalenTailors is looking for a seasoned IT Application Manager to join our dynamic customer's team. As an Application Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing ERP and production control system, ensuring smooth operations and driving efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Proactively support and administer commercial software in our company, with a strong focus on the ERP system and production control system. This includes performing functional tests, importing updates, analyzing and resolving errors, making system adaptations, managing user accounts, handling report administration, monitoring interfaces, and more
Analyze, design, and implement new technical requirements in close collaboration with various specialist departments, ensuring that the solutions meet their specific needs
Provide ongoing supervision, support, and training to users within the company, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively utilize the software
Create and maintain comprehensive process descriptions, system documentation, and training materials, ensuring that they are up-to-date and easily accessible for all users
Manage relationships with external IT service providers, ensuring smooth collaboration and effective delivery of services
Requirements
Completion of studies in business informatics, industrial engineering, or training in information technology or the commercial sector
Proficient knowledge in the following areas:
Operating systems: Microsoft Windows
Database systems: SQL Server, Oracle
Report generation software: Crystal Reports
Familiarity with business and IT
Ability to analyze and conceptualize business processes within business contexts
Structured, systematic, and logical approach to work
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ideal to have several years of professional experience in the relevant field
Excellent written and spoken German (C1) and English skills
