As Analyst Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) Controlling (m/f/d) you will play a key role within our team in Luxembourg or Augsburg.
Your Main Responsibilities
AIFM Controlling
Manage fee handling related tasks (incl. setup fee schedules for new products, prepare fee calculations, manage invoicing, fee rebate and recharges process, coordinate transfer pricing process)
Manage invoicing process for alternative investment funds (AIF)
Support audit within AIFM Controlling role
Support ad hoc requests
Maintenance of AIFM Controlling tools and optimization of processes
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Support planning processes (incl. forecast, budget, and mid-term plan)
Perform deviation analysis and prepare related monthly reports
Prepare revenue forecasts
Support ad hoc requests
Maintenance of FP&A tools and optimization of processes
What We Look For
Business studies (focus on accounting / taxes) or sound commercial training, preferably with certification (e.g. accountant)
1 - 2 years of experience in financial accounting
Very good user knowledge of common MS Office programs, especially MS Excel
Experience with SAP or another ERP system is a strong asset
Fluency in English, German an advantage
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset and an independent way of working
Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
High affinity for numbers
