Accounting Clerk

Your Role: As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations, ensuring the smooth handling of all accounting tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Invoice Management: Creating and processing incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Payment Monitoring: Keeping track of collection due dates and issuing invoices.
• Payment Reminders: Monitoring and creating payment reminders.
• Transactions: Executing payment transactions accurately and timely.
• Support: Assisting the controller with various financial tasks.
• Expense Management: Processing travel expenses efficiently.
• Contract Management: Managing and maintaining new customer contracts.

Your Profile: We are looking for a dedicated professional with:

• Education: Successfully completed commercial training as a business administrator or similar qualification.
• Experience: Proven professional experience in accounting; experience in a biotechnology company is a plus.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with IT systems.
• Language: Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Work Ethic: A careful, independent, structured, reliable, and responsible approach to work.
• Team Spirit: Enjoyment of working collaboratively in a team.
