As a subsidiary of the SANHUA Holding Group, Sanhua Automotive Europe GmbH is a Tier 1 supplier in the automotive industry and offers various products such as expansion valves, multi-way valves, chillers, cooling plates and pumps for both traditional and electric vehicles. As a highlight, Sanhua Automotive also has in-depth know-how for integrated modules of thermal management systems such as batteries, E/E components, powertrains and HVAC.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and requirements and tailor solutions to meet these needs.

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

- Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.

- Act as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and engineering, to ensure client requirements are met.

- Prepare reports on account status and keep client records updated in the company's CRM system.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.


Qualifications

- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.

- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role.

- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).

- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.

- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
