Permanent People are representing our client, who are a leading property recruitment consultancy. We are looking for a dynamic and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Frankfurt. Position Summary:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement. You’ll be joining a tight-knit high achieving team of 5, so we’re looking for someone who can effectively communicate and build relationships internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Identify and engage with potential clients across Germany to understand their recruitment needs. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Sales and Business Development: Proactively develop new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match client requirements.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and negotiating offers.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients and candidates.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms of business with clients and salary packages with candidates.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of proven and consistent experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within Real Estate, Banking or Corporate Investment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Native or fully fluent English speaker. Proficiency in German is a plus but not required.
- Based in Frankfurt or looking to relocate.
