What are the most effective leadership training methods for different personality types?
Let’s not forget that personality type indicators are just that: indicators. Yes, they can help you understand others’ as well as your own biases or preferences. But those preferences change heavily depending on the time, the environment, the type of situation and many other factors. You will exhibit different “personality types” throughout your career and even throughout the day. The key is to not lock yourself (or others) into a specific label, but rather to understand the types of situations that trigger a specific behaviour or trait. By understanding the situation and how to approach it, you guarantee adaptability and resilience.

How can you develop your emotional intelligence and resilience to handle toxic behaviors?
Acute emotions caused by inappropriate behaviour or (micro) agressions often have a way of taking over. In some cases, they can lead us to taking an immediate course of action which we will sometimes regret taking. Whenever strong emotions occur, I recommend stepping away from the situation and taking the time to let the emotion pass. It is easier to take a more appropriate course of action when you are level-headed and not blinded by emotions. Remember that emotions are only a passing state, and do not define you.

How do you increase your offer acceptance rate and reduce your offer decline rate?
My advice: don’t wait until the end of the recruiting process to dig deeper into all these aspects that I call the candidate's "motivation puzzle". Understanding their salary in detail but also their intrinsic motivations and drivers will help you prepare which points to emphasize during your offer call. It will also help you to confidently position the opportunity as a whole — i.e. not just the salary component!
