He stated that even contemporary working environment doesn't sound so difficult at first. The reality is often different. Why is that: The stock market generally favours financial KPIs as a key performance indicator more than employee satisfaction. The current economic climate presents significant challenges for the economy as a whole. While the future may be uncertain, it is important to consider the long-term implications of making personnel cuts now. Alienating the core workforce may seem like a short-term solution, but it could lead to difficulties in retaining talent when the tide has turned. In light of the current economic challenges, leading companies are striving to maintain employee loyalty by offering retraining and upskilling opportunities. The Handelsblatt Research Institute has once again identified Germany's top personnel consultants, and MU is keeping its place as one of the top 40 recruitment consultancies. In collaboration with The IQ Company, The Handelsblatt Research Institute has identified the 40 leading HR consulting companies of 2024. They used the reviews of over 20,500 employees from 2,800 companies as well as the opinions of around 48,000 managers and human resources managers. Whilst doing the review, Handelsblatt also took the opportunity to do a study to look at the biggest challenges that recruiters currently face. The need for AI experts is reflected in the study, where AI and robotics have significantly risen in importance among industry topics. The study also identifies digitalisation and sustainability as top priorities for HR consultants in Germany, reflecting the country's need for managers capable of driving structural change. 🎥 In the consulting landscape, family businesses are different. Why? Time for a look behind the scenes of Kienbaum. ❗ SMEs are the backbone of our economy. But who or what is actually behind this? 🏢 Although many family businesses are medium-sized companies, not all medium-sized companies are necessarily family businesses. But regardless of how you look at it, the figures stick: A good nine out of ten private companies in Germany belong to the family business category, in which almost 60 percent of private sector employees work. 💡 The fact that family businesses are a special feature in consulting for various reasons prompted us to provide insights into our everyday consulting work in a new documentary. 🎬 The series "The Mittelstand" has set itself the goal of making the importance of medium-sized companies as drivers of innovation and growth for our business location accessible to a broad audience.
