What an amazing day! Yesterday, our team got together for a ✨sports fundraising challenge✨ that gave back to a good cause! With every rep, minute or kilometre, Yalwa made a donation to our long-term partner IFB Foundation (Löwenmut), a children’s hospice in South Africa. 🌍❤️ This gave us an extra bit of motivation to do our very best! From squats to planks, we worked hard and had lots of fun! Thank you to everyone in the team who participated. Special thanks to the IFB Foundation for being on-site and giving us extra support! Mental health in the workplace is something we care deeply about. 🌿✨ That's why at Yalwa we have integrated initiatives to support the well-being of our team. What do we do to promote mental wellbeing? ▶️ Regular exercise boosts mood and reduces stress, so we organize team sports and provide walking workstations. ▶️ You can also book massages to unwind during the day. Here we would like to thank our masseuse @Claudia B. Engel ▶️ We've introduced a tool for employees to safely share their feelings about the team's mood, fostering a culture of honest feedback. ▶️ We emphasize resilience and stress management, offering tips and promoting relevant training. Our frontend team took team bonding to a whole new level with a virtual reality gaming event! 🎮😎 The team completed challenges, shared a laugh and of course, declared the winner of an epic dance battle — check out the video from the event!
