Mental health in the workplace is something we care deeply about. 🌿✨ That's why at Yalwa we have integrated initiatives to support the well-being of our team. What do we do to promote mental wellbeing? ▶️ Regular exercise boosts mood and reduces stress, so we organize team sports and provide walking workstations. ▶️ You can also book massages to unwind during the day. Here we would like to thank our masseuse @Claudia B. Engel ▶️ We've introduced a tool for employees to safely share their feelings about the team's mood, fostering a culture of honest feedback. ▶️ We emphasize resilience and stress management, offering tips and promoting relevant training.
