The high flexibility in the motion of the workpiece carrier is already evident during setup. Each workpiece carrier can be controlled and moved individually and separately. Thanks to individual control, grouping procedures and buffer processes are easy to implement. The motion of the workpiece carriers can be parallelized via the control system. For start-up, workpiece carriers can be freely programmed in the WEISS W.A.S. LS application software or individually taught to position via the jog operating mode. If the assembly process changes due to a different workpiece, LS One can easily be re-programmed or extended or shorted by exchanging motor segments. The same applies in the case of repairs.
