    Wir legen großen Wert darauf, aktiv und gemeinsam mit unseren Mitarbeitenden die Unternehmenskultur und Zukunft von Helixor zu gestalten. Begleitet von Prof. Frank Widmayer und triangility haben wir die ersten Schritte zur Weiterentwicklung von Helixor gemacht. Bei einem Open Space Workshop mit allen Mitarbeitenden konnten alle einen aktiven Beitrag einbringen, um gemeinsame Schwerpunkte zu finden, die wir nun in die Umsetzung bringen. Diese Entwicklung haben wir nun in einem Workshop für Führungskräfte fortgesetzt. Mit praxisnahen Methoden und zukunftsweisenden Ansätzen konnten unsere Führungskräfte ihre Fähigkeiten dabei ausbauen und neue, strategische Einsichten gewinnen. Besonders spannend war es diesen Zusammenhang von persönlicher Entwicklung, Mitarbeiterführung, Unternehmensgestaltung sowie Zukunftsvision verstehen zu lernen. Diese wertvollen Erfahrungen werden uns dabei helfen, erfolgreich zu wachsen, flexibel auf Marktanforderungen zu reagieren und unsere Vision zukunftsfähiger zu gestalten, um integrative Therapiekonzepte weiterzutragen.     Learning is more important than knowledge 🤓 Two topics are currently cropping up in many conversations: Hybrid leadership and AI. But what do these two trends have to do with each other? Well - nothing at first. But they mark the "new normal" that managers have recently had to deal with. The difference, however, is that while a lot of knowledge has now been built up about hybrid environments, AI is new to us all - and is developing rapidly. 🚀 To give managers an introduction to this topic - and perhaps also to allay their fears - Robert Schaffner has completely revised our AI Training for Managers course. 🤩 Fun fact: Robert will run the new version for the first time next week live in Kuwait at Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS) with about 25 participants.     You voted for #Diversity & Inclusion. At Christmas, we asked you: which initiative should we support financially? Your answer was clear: more than 60% voted for the 𝗘𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗵𝗿 initiative. Einsmehr is an association that aims to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities. Einsmehr also runs a hotel where 50% of the staff are people with disabilities. We were very pleased about this. If you have already taken part in one of our training courses in Augsburg, then you probably know the hotel. We stay there regularly ourselves and enjoy the friendliness and warm atmosphere - none of the top business hotels can beat that. Sandrina handed over the money to Karin Lange (left) from Einsmehr last week. Thank you very much for your votes! #DEI
