Learning is more important than knowledge 🤓 Two topics are currently cropping up in many conversations: Hybrid leadership and AI. But what do these two trends have to do with each other? Well - nothing at first. But they mark the "new normal" that managers have recently had to deal with. The difference, however, is that while a lot of knowledge has now been built up about hybrid environments, AI is new to us all - and is developing rapidly. 🚀 To give managers an introduction to this topic - and perhaps also to allay their fears - Robert Schaffner has completely revised our AI Training for Managers course. 🤩 Fun fact: Robert will run the new version for the first time next week live in Kuwait at Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS) with about 25 participants. You voted for #Diversity & Inclusion. At Christmas, we asked you: which initiative should we support financially? Your answer was clear: more than 60% voted for the 𝗘𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗵𝗿 initiative. Einsmehr is an association that aims to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities. Einsmehr also runs a hotel where 50% of the staff are people with disabilities. We were very pleased about this. If you have already taken part in one of our training courses in Augsburg, then you probably know the hotel. We stay there regularly ourselves and enjoy the friendliness and warm atmosphere - none of the top business hotels can beat that.
