We offer the world's largest football database with all information about players, clubs and competitions as well as one of the largest football communities and playground for anyone who wants to communicate and exchange insights. Our much-quoted player market values as well as the "Rumour Mill" for possible transfers are among the central offerings. We sup-ply news, stats, videos, fan opinions and player agent information. The platform was found-ed by Matthias Seidel in 2001. Axel Springer has a 51 percent stake in the Transfermarkt since 2008.

Done Deal! 🤝 Simon Torrico verstärkt ab dem 6. Mai das Transfermarkt-Team! Der 43-Jährige wechselt innerhalb Hamburgs von der Ad Alliance zum größten deutschsprachigen Fußball-Portal und startet als neuer Commercial Director. Als Leiter des Sales-Teams ist Torrico fortan verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung von Angeboten in allen Vermarktungsbereichen von Transfermarkt auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene. Zuletzt war er für die Ad Alliance als Director Client Services Digital tätig. Matthias Seidel, Gründer und Geschäftsführer von Transfermarkt: „Die Vermarktung von Transfermarkt erstreckt sich über die klassischen deutschen Kanäle hinaus und offenbart noch große Potentiale, zum Beispiel in den Bereichen Social Media sowie International.
