Empowering young talent in Italy! 💪 TKE Academy, a training initiative launched by TK Elevator Italy in partnership with the global human resource consulting firm Randstad, just finished its first edition. The program introduced 110 young individuals from three technical universities in Milan to the elevator world and gave them valuable insights into the industry. Divided into a theoretical part and hands-on experience, the initiative also allowed students to participate in mock interviews and develop essential skills to enhance their employability. For the third year, TK Elevator awarded $100,000 in scholarship money last month to dependents of our full-time North America Production and Supply Chain employees in Germantown, Middleton, Walnut, and Byhalia. These scholarships will alleviate part of these students’ financial burden as they pursue undergraduate degrees in Tennessee, Mississippi, or Arkansas. 🎓 In the past three years, 38 dependents of TKE employees have won a total of $295,000.
