In a testament to the global reach and collaboration potential within the Facilities Management (FM) industry, Tokyu Property Management from Japan recently embarked on an inspiring journey to Germany. The purpose of their visit? To engage in a meaningful exchange of ideas and insights about the FM industry and explore the evolving role of robotics within it. Tokyu Property Management, renowned for its excellence in managing properties, sought to expand its horizons by reaching out to European Customer Synergy S.A. and WISAG, two prominent entities in the German and European FM sector. The trip was not just a mere meeting but a quest to forge international partnerships and gain fresh perspectives. ECS and WISAG offered insights into their successful strategies for maintaining buildings, facilities, and critical infrastructure across Germany.
