    Win at tetris or catch the flight? Our highlights from YMS 🌟 Last week, our stylink team attended the YMS, short for "Youth Marketing Strategy" in London – the biggest youth marketing festival in the world! Creative minds, trendy brands and young visionaries came together to discuss the latest trends, strategies and ideas for Generation Z. The highlight was definitely our talk on the topic "Data-Driven Success" on stage. Simone Gerhardt and Jack Wolf shared exciting insights into the world of stylink statistics and data, showing how stylink can support brands in achieving the best collaborations with creators. Additionally, we discussed which types of influencers are best suited for different marketing strategies. 📊 We had some great chats with big partner brands like ASOS and made some new exciting contacts that excel in the Gen Z market, creating big growth opportunities for us. In addition to these highlights, the event was a great chance to explore different booths and participate in interactive games with our brand ambassador Jodi Connors. Although first place in Tetris was narrowly missed due to needing to catch a flight 🛫, the whole event was an amazing experience!     One of the largest Business Creator Events – stylink was part of it! We are still delighted to have had the pleasure of attending and sponsoring the Business Creator Summit at the beginning of this week, the Go-to-Event that brings together leading business creators and people with a passion for the branch. Over 300 professionals gathered in Frankfurt to learn Personal Branding and Content Creation firsthand from Germany's most successful thought leaders. The event hosted by Sarah Emmerich & Diana Zur Löwen was a fantastic opportunity to engage with the evolving scene of the Business Creator Economy! ⭐️ Our special highlight was the panel talk on ‘The Future of the (Business) Creator Economy’, an exciting and humorous exchange between the experts Michael Elschenbroich, our Brand Ambassador Dominik Stuckmann, Johannes Kliesch, Diana Zur Löwen and Sarah Emmerich. Why was it so important for us to be part of this event? Our motivation was to value the exchange, inspiration and profound topics that emerged over the past few days – demonstrating our commitment to promoting business innovation and supporting founders on their entrepreneurial journeys. This summit was also very special for us as we ventured further into a new area.     An OMR of many firsts – an explosion of impressions! 🚀   Last week has been an exhilarating journey of inspiration and discoveries at the OMR. From innovative products to potential partnerships, the event was a hub of opportunities. For us, this wasn’t only our first public appearance with our new Corporate Identity Design but also our first stylink x All Impact masterclass, which included a deep dive into the world of influencer marketing as well as captivating aspects around user-generated content (UGC). 🎓 Exploring these topics added excitement, sparked engaging discussions and offered new perspectives. 💡 Reflecting on these dynamic days, it's clear that events like the OMR are invaluable for networking, gaining new input, and staying abreast of industry trends.     🌟 Boosting teamwork and creating memories together – a special kind of workation 🌟 Picture this: five blissful days immersed in the inspiring spirit of Portugal, away from the confines of everyday office life. That's exactly what our stylink team experienced a few weeks ago! 🙌🏼 Here, conversations flowed freely and unbound by tasks, allowing each of us to forge stronger bonds and get to know each other even better. Throughout the entire workation, team building and bonding took central stage! Two days were dedicated to intensive workshops with the wonderful Moreen Jackson and her great team, where we explored everything from team dynamics to individual responsibilities. We were playfully navigated through challenges to perfect our team's problem solving and task fulfilment. Together, we defined key ground rules and our team values to concretise stylink's mission and our future together. These sessions were not just about learning; they were about strengthening our team culture and shaping our shared identity. And what would a workation be without a day of exploring the region? Hiking through picturesque landscapes or exploring the vibrant streets of Lisbon – each moment further strengthened our bonds and created memories that will last a lifetime. Of course, no adventure is complete without a celebratory finale!  🎉   Our barbecue party was a testament to the incredible journey we shared, full of laughter, stories and a palpable sense of unity.     Zwei Tage lang verbrachte ich auf der "Generative AI DACH" Konferenz in Berlin. In diesen zwei informativen Tagen konnte ich einige wertvolle Erkenntnisse für stylink gewinnen. Dabei wurde mir klar, dass viele Unternehmen ähnliche Strategien zur Entwicklung eigener GPTs verfolgen wie wir. Die Tatsache, dass unser technisches Setup dem einiger Branchengrößen ähnelt, bestätigt mich in der Überzeugung, dass wir auf dem richtigen Weg sind. Darüber hinaus erhielt ich von den Referenten viele neue Anregungen. Insbesondere die Vorträge von Tim Schröder von BioNTech, Dr. Tawia Odoi von Lidl Digital und Nikolas Schriefer von HelloFresh haben mich inspiriert und werden von mir nochmal reflektiert. Zudem hatte ich das Vergnügen, Sindre Wimberger von der Stadt Wien kennenzulernen, der mich mit seiner Überzeugungskraft und Begeisterung für das Thema AI beeindruckte. Danke dafür! Ein herzliches Dankeschön geht auch an adesso SE, die uns für die gestrige Abendveranstaltung großzügig ihre Räumlichkeiten mit einem grandiosen Buffet zur Verfügung gestellt haben. Besonders gefreut habe ich mich über die inspirierenden Gespräche in einer Berliner Location zu AI Use Cases und die spannenden beruflichen Werdegänge und vielem mehr mit Tina Rahman und Daniel Arnst von Telefónica Germany (übrigens war auch euer Vortrag äußerst lohnend), Felix Muckenfuß von OneTrust und Marcel Dey von SnapLogic. Dr. Martina Flatscher (ZF Group), ich hoffe, wir sehen uns auf der kommenden AI-Konferenz im September wieder. P.S.: Dieser Post wurde nicht durch eine AI generiert! Nur korrigiert. #GenAIDACH #IQPC
