Erstes mal OMR und erstes Mal direkt auf der Bühne mit OMR 5050 🚀 Das Thema Hass im Netz war über die zwei Tage hinweg sehr präsent, z.B. im Gespräch mit Josephine Ballon von HateAid und Dr. Marie-Agnes Strack-Zimmermann. Auch wenn einzelne Personen wie Politiker*innen persönlich angefeindet werden, geht es selten wirklich um ihre Person, sondern sie dienen als Projektionsfläche. Hatespeech gegen Politiker*innen soll diverse Stimmen mundtot machen, einschüchternd wirken und echte Verständigung letztlich unmöglich machen. Hass im Netz schürt Polemik und ist ein Angriff auf die Demokratie. Genau hierzu gab es zur Eröffnung der OMR die wirklich empfehlenswerte Rede unseres Wirtschaftsminister Robert Habeck, über Irenik als die Kunst, sich friedlich zu verständigen. Bei Jeannette Gusko von CORRECTIV genauso wie im guten Gespräch mit verschiedenen Redaktionen wurde nochmal deutlich, wie wichtig es ist, Investigativ-Journalist*innen besser zu schützen. Und mit unterschiedlichsten Frauen hat sich bestätigt, dass sie mit einem besseren Schutz auch mehr online Sichtbarkeit für sich und ihre tollen Ideen wagen würden. Eine große Bühne und sehr viel Sichtbarkeit gab es dann bei der 5050 Stage, es hat mir echt Spaß gemacht mit den tollen Fragen aus der Jury, u.a. von Tina Müller, Verena Pausder, Lea-Sophie Cramer, Bettine Schmitz und Fridtjof Detzner. Wow, what a day (and what a yesterday) at Techarenan! We were one of 15 tech elite startups chosen to present at the biggest tech conference in Scandinavia. It was amazing and an honor for us. We're so thankful for the awesome feedback and for being in the company of inspiring people like Al Gore and Steve Wozniak. It was truly a highlight for us.
