What is #PeopleExperience? 🤔 This April, our People and Talent Acquisition Team was rebranded as "People Experience Team". We spoke with our Director of People Experience Clara to learn more about the meaning of this name: 💡“With the Agile Coaches joining our department this year, we sought a new name that better reflects our joint mission. At Oetker Digital, we see our colleagues not merely as “employees” but as individuals with fulfilling lives outside of work. Each person brings their own unique personalities, interests, skills, and quirks to the table. Our team includes permanent employees and freelancers, interns to directors and we are also considering candidates and alumni when thinking about our “people”. All of them are contributing to our unique environment. The #mission of my team is to create a holistic and positive workplace experience that promotes well-being, growth, and productivity for all our colleagues. All three teams within this department, Talent Acquisition, People and Agile Coaches are aligning their goals along this mission. That’s why we decided that “People Experience" is the perfect term to highlight this mindset.” Their commitment to this vision was showcased during their first joint #teamevent, where they embraced the essence of "People Experience." Have you heard about Ettlingen? It is a beautiful small town in Baden-Württemberg where Dr. Oetker Professional (DE) has its office, which we recently visited. Our Data and Insights team had the opportunity to delve into the innovative automated processes our company has developed, which efficiently transform and map sales invoices from a multitude of wholesalers and customers. 🚀 We also had the chance to taste a wide variety of pizzas produced by Dr. Oetker Professional, many of which are not available in regular supermarkets. A standout was the pumpkin pizza, which our colleagues loved. 🎃 These interactions are vital for nurturing a culture of #collaboration across our organization, ultimately propelling us toward our collective goals with greater synergy and cohesion. 🙂

We certainly have, which is why we dove into the world of #ProcessAutomation! 👩💻 At our latest Oetker-Group wide knowledge sharing session, powered by the #YeastInitiative*, our colleague Marc Schröder (OEDIV Oetker Daten- und Informationsverarbeitung KG) showed us how Microsoft’s Power Automate can turn time-consuming tasks like e-mail management and calendar scheduling into automated processes. We had a lot of fun jointly building an automation flow and being taught how to get started without coding knowledge. 😊 Thanks to all colleagues from the Oetker-Group who joined the session and lively discussion. This year, on April 25th, we participated in the annual nationwide initiative supported by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMFSFJ) and the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). Known as #GirlsDay and #BoysDay, this program is not only celebrated in Germany but across 30 other countries worldwide. The goal is to inspire students from the 5th grade onwards to explore university subjects and professions where they are traditionally underrepresented. 🙏 This year, we launched a pilot project at Oetker Digital, welcoming children of our colleagues. Four teens joined us to learn about ChatGPT, cyber security, and our company values through interactive workshops. 🤓 The feedback was fantastic, especially for our values workshop, which everyone loved. We're excited to keep supporting this great initiative and can't wait to see what these young minds will choose to do in the future! 🚀 #CareerExploration #EmpoweringYouth #ZukunftsTag #oetkerdigital
