Ganz konkret geht es um die Betonschalungen der Kelchstützen des neuen Hauptbahnhofs Stuttgart 21. Zu den Themen "zirkuläres Bauen" und "Zukunft im Holzbau" geben Margit Sichrovsky von LXSY Architekten, Berlin und Stefan Krötsch von Klingelhöfer Krötsch Architekten, München spannende Einblicke (beide in englischer Sprache). Präsentiert wird der Jugendtreff Ingersheim, ein Reallabor im Forschungsprojekt „Stuttgart 210: Weiterdenken – Weiterbauen!“ mit einem spektakulären Innenraum. HOSPITALITY & INNOVATION A little revolution in interior design. Of course, it comes from Berlin! MM:NT, including a “Digitally Hosted hotel”, which, according to its own statements, offers its guests “everything they need and nothing they don't need”. The remarkable concept 👀 is backed by Adina Hotels Europe, which has teamed up with Häfele to combine its core competencies in the fields of technology and hospitality. Under the premise of “digital first”, a hotel lab was created with MM:NT (pronounced Moment) in Berlin at Hackescher Markt, which sets new standards in the areas of guest satisfaction, room efficiency, process optimization and sustainability. The jointly developed six hotel rooms and the adjoining public areas were launched at the end of March 2024 for a test phase with selected guests. Live operation has been running since May this year. PROJECT OF THE WEEK 💡 Historic buildings and high-quality old buildings are the planning focus of architect Claudia Grotegut from North Rhine-Westphalia. We are inspired by how she integrates our acoustically effective Lighting Pad into one of her projects - a villa in an old building. It is suspended from discreet stainless steel cables below a stucco rosette, creating an attractive contrast with its contemporary design language. "A real asset for high rooms," says architect Claudia Grotegut. Eye-catching features include the square Rossoacoustic Pads in inspiring colors and the perfectly matching, minimalist ceiling spotlights from the Q Four luminaire series. Both encourage you to move a meeting to the canteen and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. AUS DER PRESSE 👀 InteriorFashion, das Magazin für Innenarchitektur, hat sich mit Nimbus und Häfele befasst, und wir freuen uns, in der aktuellen Ausgabe gleich mit zwei starken Themen präsent zu sein. Ein Beitrag widmet sich der neuen Division Häfele Lighting, die sich unter anderem mit dem Nimbus Sortiment auf der Weltleitmesse Light + Building 2024 präsentierte. In einem weiteren Artikel wurde eines der jüngeren Nimbus Projekte vorgestellt, die von ARGE Behnisch Architekten l ALN Architekturbüro Leinhäupl + Neuber geplante Paul Winter Schule. „Die Leuchten selbst sollten formal unaufdringlich, durchgängig in allen Bereichen einsetzbar, zeitlos und energieeffizient sein.
