❄️ "Winter Co-Working in the Forest Resort: Feedback and Inspiration” ❄️ 💼 When it comes to "Work from Anywhere," where is this "Anywhere" actually? For two of our architects, it was in the middle of Germany, far away from the usual urban centers, right next to the Hainich national park in a forest resort. 💬 The time was intensively used for constructive feedback conversations where it is important to look each other in the eyes. We are not perfect but constantly working on ourselves and our approaches. For example, here, making an effort to convey personal feedback in person whenever possible. ⛰️ The stay in this exceptional and currently snow-covered location close to the Hainich national Park was particularly impressive. We appreciate the flexibility and the inspiring atmosphere that this wintry place offered us. With a lot of attention to detail and regional products. 🚀 In order to continue delivering innovation and stability for our clients, we strive to create the best possible working conditions for all employees. That's why, in our dynamic team spread across Germany, we've implemented a wonderful initiative since the inception of MMK in 2018 - #MMKaffee! ☕ Every Friday, we come together for a 30-minute coffee break, but it's not your ordinary one – we've elevated it to a whole new experience! 🎉 We've introduced a random generator that forms small groups of individuals every Friday. Among these groups, one group member stands out as the 'chosen one,' or, as we affectionately call them, 'the Barista.' The Barista's mission? 🗓️ Earlier this year, you could already read about our preparation for the 2023 edition of our #workation or as we like to call it: The MMKämp. 🗺️ This Summer we went for a full 5 days at Lake Garda in #Italy 🇮🇹. This wonderful place is widely known for it’s beautiful environment and thanks to it’s reasonable distance to our home grounds, we were able to consider our #sustainability 🌱 goals and travel there by car pools. After arriving at Lake Garda, we moved into a few cozy bungalows close to the lake. These bungalows allowed us to tick a lot of the boxes on our must-haves list: All of the houses also offered excellent places to #collaborate with high #productivity 📈. There was plenty of personal space for everyone as well as enough opportunities for evening activities like our boat tour 🛥️. Last but not least: a blazing fast internet connection ⚡️ for lag-free meeting calls. 🌟 Overall it was an amazing experience and we are already looking forward to next years edition(s).
