Empowering Education: Our Pro-Bono Project with SchlauFox e.V. 🌟 We are proud to highlight our pro-bono collaboration with SchlauFox e.V., a non-profit-organisation dedicated to supporting socioeconomically disadvantaged children and youth through their educational journeys. Our primary objective for this project was to move as close as possible to a paperless office, thereby enhancing organisational agility and minimising environmental impact. In our collaboration, we helped digitalise SchlauFox's office operations by implementing the member management tool @campai. The outcomes include: 1️⃣ Data Streamlining: Streamlined previously scattered member data for enhanced efficiency. 2️⃣ Digital Forms: Implemented digital forms to significantly reduce paper usage. 3️⃣ Membership Fee Tracking: Improved financial management through precise tracking of membership fees. 4️⃣ Enhanced Marketing Functionalities: Introduced advanced tools for automated emails and newsletters to optimize outreach.
