1.500 participants, 85 sessions, 100 % passion for #humanresources: Last week, we took part in the Personalmanagementkongress (PMK) 2024 in Berlin. In many different keynotes and sessions, topics such as creating employee engagement, biases in #recruiting, AI @ HR, Global Talent Trends, (Age) #Diversity, HR-Influencers and many more were discussed over the two days. We gained deep #insights from the various speakers, into their learnings on the topics and into their companies. To sum up: Interesting keynotes, great exchange and an all-round top organized congress. Everything around the slogan “#HR stands for diversity and HR stands against racism”. One more highlight was the very inspiring keynote speech by Düzen Tekkal (human rights activist | CEO & Founder | Co-Founder GermanDream | HÁWAR.help | Mut:Republik) on the topic of "GermanDream for skilled workers - migrants as potential for a new world of work", which she held on the first evening at the Admiralspalast. By the way: The #PMK celebrated its 15th anniversary this time. It’s the largest event for strategic personnel management in the German-speaking countries. A big thank you to the participants, speakers, the team of #PMK2024 and also to Quadriga Media Berlin GmbH and the Bundesverband der Personalmanager (BPM) for this special event! ********************** 1.500 Teilnehmende, 85 Sessions, 100 % Leidenschaft für Human Resources: Letzte Woche haben wir am Personalmanagementkongress (PMK) 2024 in Berlin teilgenommen. Leonardo Hotels celebrates art by launching two new initiatives to support young talent   #LeonardoHotels has set up two schemes in #Warsaw and #Dublin to help young #artists and the local #creative scene. Leonardo Hotels’ Artists in Residence Programme in Warsaw is being staged for the second time this year. The “#ArtLivesHere” project offers up-and-coming artists from #Europe the opportunity to gain a foothold in the sector. Participants will be accommodated at the stylish #NYXHotelWarsawbyLeonardoHotels over a period of several weeks in order to draw creative impetuses from the pulsating pace of life in the Polish capital. This year’s #winners are Urszula Śliz from Wrocław, Maria Louceiro from Berlin and Tianjun Li from Helsinki. They will be creating a series of photos inspired by Warsaw during their stay. DJ Workshop, meeting sessions and lots of energy: The event of our #NYX Standard working group was a perfect blend of productivity and creativity. The goal: developing a NYX #Guidebook for future hotels of this brand. “The event was a resounding success as we outlined the standards and unique features that will define every NYX hotel”, says Nino D. Rosenlund (General Manager of our NYX Warsaw and host of the meeting). “This guidebook will ensure that each #guest experiences the same high level of service, style, and creativity that NYX is known for, no matter where they stay.” The event was kicked off with a DJ #workshop where the participants were immersed in the art of music mixing and the creation of a very own song "Welcome to NYX”. Through collaborative sessions and brainstorming a comprehensive guidebook was then created in two productive days. “A huge thanks to the energy, creativity, and dedication of all involved”, says Nino. “We are excited to continue working on our common target for our wonderful NYX #brand.” *********** DJ-Workshop, Meeting-Sessions und jede Menge Energie: Das Event unserer #NYX Standards Arbeitsgruppe war eine perfekte Mischung aus Produktivität und Kreativität. 2.025 years: So much work experience at Leonardo Hotels is united by our this year’s #jubilees. On Sunday, at our Jubilee Event 2024, we celebrated and honored in total 128 colleagues of our Leonardo-Family, who have been with us for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 or even 45 years. Wow! So much experience, so much know-how, so much love to #hospitality was united. From Prague to Zurich and Berlin to Vienna, numerous colleagues from the various clusters were at the event. Together, we celebrated our amazing jubilees. Yoram Biton (Managing Director Central Europe), Anke Rohn-Maas (Human Resource Director CE) and Stephan Löwel (Chief Operations Officer DACH) found heartfelt words for the long-term #employees and thanked them for their #loyalty and great commitment. Along the way, all the participants got some information about the latest developments at Leonardo Hotels. Again, we thank you, all jubilarians, for your loyalty and your work every day.
