Heute wurde der 2. KI-Talk bei Hans Georg Esch in Hennef aufgezeichnet. Im Mittelpunkt standen Chancen, die sich für kreativ Schaffende in der Fotografie ergeben, aber auch ethische Überlegungen und Risiken wurden gemeinsam diskutiert. Eine spannende Runde! OPEN EYE For the first time, a completed "light eye" has been uncovered, allowing to experience the unique atmosphere created by the light flooding into the underground station hall – truly a goosebumps moment. The incoming light creates an aesthetic effect through its interplay with the curved white concrete. But the construction primarily serves a functional purpose. The 28 chalice supports are open at the top to form circular skylights covered with a steel and glass structure. The exhibition „Maßstäblich" is still showing at Draiflessen Collection in Mettingen, Germany! For this show we photographed C&A stores all around Germany, as well as their miniature model counterparts, designed and built by Nattler Architekten Join in on July the 4th when the building association Osnabrück is holding a come together and open discussion at 7pm. The curator Dr. Julia Cwojdzinski says „This exhibition tells countless stories about these buildings, which have been embossing the landscape of german high streets for years."

We are proud to say that two projects which we photographed recently have been nominated for the Niedersächsischer Staatspreis in architecture for 2024. Both projects are nominated within a top 7 listing of the most sustainable and exemplary projects to be benefitial to economics and work-life. The first being Langenhagen High School. We photographed it last year for the architect gernot schulz : architektur gmbh The second project is Coppenrath innovation centre in Osnabrück, where a new quarter is being developped, based on this old locomotive shed! We photographed it earlier this year for the architects KRESINGS

Eclipse erhält DGNB-Platin-Zertifizierung Mit dem Leuchtturm-Projekt Eclipse konnte ein lebendiger vertikaler Campus realisiert werden, der hocheffiziente Büroflächen mit lebendigen Atrien zu einer Symbiose von Leben und Arbeiten verknüpft. Von Beginn an wurden die Aspekte der ESG-Kriterien und Nachhaltigkeit in allen konzeptionellen Planungen berücksichtigt und umgesetzt. Dass dies gelungen ist, wurde nun durch die DGNB German Sustainable Building Council mit zwei hochwertigen Zertifizierungen bestätigt: Nach Bestätigung der EU-Taxonomie-Konformität hat Eclipse im Mai 2024 auch die DGNB-Platin-Zertifizierung erhalten. Mit Eclipse hat die Düsseldorfer Skyline ein weiteres markantes Highlight gewonnen: Auf 27.000 m² verteilt über 16 Etagen ist ein vertikaler Campus entstanden, der hoch effiziente Bürokonzepte mit inspirierenden Raumwelten verbindet und mit vielfältigen Innen- und Außenraumqualitäten die Symbiose von Leben und Arbeiten fördert. Nachdem der Nutzer PwC Deutschland Ende 2022 nahezu das gesamte Hochhaus bezogen hat, wurden im Sommer 2023 auch die restlichen Flächen durch PwC angemietet und im ersten Quartal 2024 fristgerecht übergeben. Damit ist das Bürohochhaus Eclipse vollvermietet. „Die Entwicklung von modernen Gebäuden unter Einbindung der ESG-Kriterien ist in unserer DNA fest verankert. Wir freuen uns sehr, mit der in Deutschland führenden Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Beratungsgesellschaft PwC sowie dem Käufer Union Investment Real Estate GmbH Partner gefunden zu haben, die ebenfalls diese Kriterien als Nutzer und Endinvestor gezielt mittragen“, sagt Stefan Mühling, Geschäftsführer, die developer Projektentwicklung GmbH.  Das ikonische Gebäude, das am Düsseldorfer Kennedydamm realisiert wurde, haben #diedeveloper gemeinsam mit einem Staatsfonds aus Middle East entwickelt. Auch bei der Architektur wurde auf internationale Zusammenarbeit und gemeinsame Stärke gesetzt.
