We look back at a great cooperation with Morgan Stanley 🚀 Last Thursday, 20 of our members had the opportunity to visit the Morgan Stanley office in Frankfurt. The event included an introduction, allowing everyone to gain insight into the company, its values, and career opportunities. This was followed by a Q&A session and a case study. The event concluded with an informal get-together, featuring snacks and drinks. We thank Morgan Stanley as well as Patrycja Tyrlik and Lina Dundukova for the successful cooperation 💙

🚀 OKRs fürs (private) Leben? Aber natürlich! 🚀 #Objectives und Key Results sind nicht nur für den Berufsalltag, sondern auch für persönliche Ziele ein Game-Changer. 🌟 Im Workshop mit Frankfurt School Women in Business haben wir gemeinsam mit Mariesa Hofmann, Kerstin Osterloh und Anastasia Morozova diskutiert, wie wir OKRs nutzen können, um unsere eigenen Träume zu verwirklichen. 💼✨ Nach einer Einführung in die Methode der OKRs ging es direkt ans Eingemachte: Wir haben persönliche OKRs definiert, um unsere langfristigen Ziele klar zu umreißen. Und natürlich haben wir den Abend mit Aperol und Snacks entspannt ausklingen lassen! Habt auch ihr Lust, eure persönlichen OKRs zu definieren? Hier sind einige schnelle Tipps: 𝐙𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐳𝐮𝐧𝐠: - Identifiziere deine langfristigen Ziele. Was sind deine langfristigen Träume? - Formuliere die Ergebnisse so konkret wie möglich, um Klarheit über den Erfolg zu schaffen. 𝐎𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 (𝐙𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐞): - Definiere drei bis fünf übergeordnete Ziele, die deine Vision unterstützen. - Formuliere jedes Ziel als prägnante Aussage, die das gewünschte Ergebnis beschreibt. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 (𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐥ü𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐛𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐞): - Für jedes Ziel identifiziere zwei bis vier messbare Ergebnisse, die den Fortschritt veranschaulichen. - Formuliere klare und spezifische Ziele, die messbar und erreichbar sind. Ü𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐫ü𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐧��: - Überwache regelmäßig den Fortschritt deiner OKRs und passe sie bei Bedarf an, z.B. am Ende jedes Monats. - Nutze Feedback und Erfahrungen, um deine Ziele kontinuierlich zu verbessern und anzupassen. 𝐊𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: - Schnappe dir Freunde, Familienmitglieder oder Personen, denen du vertraust, um in den Austausch über deine Ziele zu kommen. Exciting news! Today Accuracy hosted a « Women in Finance » workshop with students from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in cooperation with Frankfurt School Women in Business. We welcomed 10 participants to our Frankfurt office, where they were greeted with breakfast and had the opportunity to engage with our team. Following an informative presentation covering Accuracy's service lines and culture, the participants dove into a case study to apply their knowledge and gain valuable business insights. 🌟 Event Recap: First-Ever WHU FEM & FS Women in Business Collaboration 🌟 On Monday, 25th of March, we had the incredible opportunity to witness the first collaboration between FEM. - Female Leadership at WHU and Frankfurt School Women in Business. The event centred around an inspiring panel discussion titled "Women Breaking Barriers, investing in your Future: Building a Power Network". This gathering not only celebrated the strength and achievements of women but also provided invaluable insights for future career advancements 🚀   • Empowering Discussions: Our panel featured distinguished WHU and FS alumni who shared their journeys, challenges, and victories. Our speakers offered the participants a wealth of knowledge, expertise and experience. • Engagement and Networking: The event fostered an atmosphere of engagement, allowing attendees to partake in informal discussions, facilitating the building of a powerful network. Conversations flowed as freely as the drinks, making for a truly collaborative environment. • Cultural and Culinary Delights: The get-together was enhanced by the addition of Hessian food and drinks, culminating at the renowned Apfelwein Wagner. This combination of cultural and culinary experiences provided a perfect backdrop for continued conversations and networking. • Building a Power Network: The importance of creating and nurturing a professional network was a central theme. Our speakers illustrated through their personal stories how such networks had propelled their careers forward. • Breaking Barriers: Each speaker brought to light their own experiences with overcoming obstacles, emphasizing resilience, determination, and the crucial support of a community. • Investing in the Future: A key message from the panel was the importance of continual learning and personal development. Whether through formal education or practical experiences, investing in oneself is essential for breaking barriers and advancing in one's career. We left the event inspired, ready to tackle our next milestones with newfound knowledge and connections.
