𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨 𝐒𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐳 ☀️ Summer is a season of exploration and growth, and I am thrilled to share a snapshot of my journey with you! As a dedicated Sports Business and Communication student at Munich Business School, I am currently diving a little bit deeper into the dynamic world of HR at Entourage. Starting straight on the 3th of June with the first Onboarding-Day that I carried out on my own, I had a challenging but incredibly instructive experience! This was followed by taking some more responsibility in different areas, doing a bit of HR-related onboarding with our new team members Kristina Koch and Susanne Weigand, learning about fleet topics with Yulia Zolotova, supporting Marie-Theres Neuberger with our personal controlling and planning together how my semester abroad could look like 👩🏼💻 And of course, as sports students in Munich, my friends and me definitely had to go to for the opening ceremony of the European Championship to a public viewing event at a beer garden. Wow, it was just as impressive as seeing days before the Scots all over Munich and listening to their bagpipes music in the middle of the night! 😁 𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭: 𝐦𝐲 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲! 🍋 Having all our colleagues from Milan, Basil and Boston at our Munich HQ for this memorable event was amazing. Celine Karakaya, Moritz Weber and Amanda Heidi Leitenberger did an amazing job of enchanting everything and everyone for an elegant Italian summer night! Detailed lemon decorations. Great atmosphere and music. Delicious spread of pasta, antipasti and gelato. Fresh delicious drinks. Elegant dress code. And of course dating the EURO match Italy vs. Albania on that day 😉 I am really looking forward to the next two months until I take the plane to start the journey of my semester abroad ✈️
