𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐓𝐅 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 We would like to inform you about an important change in our management board, effective June 19, 2024. Mr. Xinjian Yin has resigned from his roles as Chairman of the Management Board and CEO of CTF Solar to take on higher-level responsibilities within the Triumph Group. Mr. Yin will continue to stay connected with CTF Solar through his new role as General Manager of Triumph Glass Holding, where he will oversee our CdTe solar module factories in China. Ms. Yanfei Gao has been appointed as the new CTIEC shareholder representative at CTF Solar. Dr. Bastian Siepchen will now serve as the sole General Manager (CEO) of CTF Solar, bringing his extensive experience and vision to our leadership team. We are confident that these changes will strengthen our commitment to excellence in the solar industry and look forward to a successful collaboration with our new management team.

🌟𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐑&𝐃 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 52𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐄𝐄𝐄 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 🌟 From June 9th to 14th, 2024, the 52nd IEEE Photovoltaic Specialists Conference took place in Seattle, USA, and our colleagues from the Research and Development (R&D) department had a unique opportunity to participate in this prestigious event. We are incredibly proud of our colleagues’ contributions to advancing solar technology. Dr. Bettina Spaeth, the Vice Director of R&D, presented a poster on investigations into CdSeˣTe¹-ˣ/CdTe solar cells before and after light treatment. Dr. Pascal Jundt, one of our R&D Scientists, delivered a talk on photoluminescence investigations of CdSeTe absorbers. His presentation focused on how selenium concentration influences the attainable voltages of these materials. We are always happy to showcase our research and to have the opportunity to exchange ideas with other experts in the field. By sharing our findings, we aim to contribute to the advancement of solar technology, enhancing its efficiency and promoting sustainability.

🏅🏃♂️ 𝐑𝐞𝐰𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 🏅🏃♀️ Our team had an amazing time at the 15th Rewe Team Challenge on June 12th! Divided into four teams, our sixteen runners completed the 5 km race through the beautiful historical city center of Dresden. The Rewe Team Challenge is an annual event that brings people together to enjoy fitness and friendly competition. This year, our runners showed great dedication and teamwork during their training and the race. A big thanks to all the runners and organizers for creating such an amazing atmosphere. 𝐂𝐓𝐅 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐆𝐦𝐛𝐇 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐂 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 On January 28th, CTF Solar GmbH, represented by our Chief Technology Officer, Dr. Bastian Siepchen, and our Vice General Manager, Dr. Ganhua Fu, actively participated in the annual meeting of China Triumph International Engineering Co. (CTIEC) and Bengbu Glass Institute. Over 60 groups presented rapid-fire reports detailing their accomplishments from the previous year and outlining ambitious targets for 2024. Among them, CTF Solar GmbH showcased its progress and aspirations in a succinct 5-minute presentation. The following day, Dr. Siepchen joined Triumph group's strategy meeting. The high-level group leaders Mr. Ma, Mr. Zibo Yin and Mr. Peng delivered their insightful speeches that set the tone for the group's direction in the coming months. A notable highlight of the event was the ceremonial signing of responsibility letters by group leaders, symbolizing their commitment to our collective mission. These events not only fostered collaboration within the Triumph group but also highlighted our dedication to growth and innovation as an organization. CTF Solar GmbH is thankful for the opportunity to exchange insights and ideas that will contribute to our progress.

CTF Solar GmbH successfully participated in this year’s career fair of the Dresden University of Applied Sciences (HTW), which took place on 14 November 2023. The fair provided a perfect plattform for us to get in direct contact with talented students and graduates. Numerous discussions took place at the event, during which representatives from CTF Solar GmbH provided insights into career opportunities, internships and the possibilities for final theses at the company. The CTF Solar GmbH team successfully presented the company, highlighted its innovative projects and answered questions from interested students.
